OmniTerms of Use
These terms apply to the mobile games of Omnipop Games, a brand of OMNİ MDC TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("we", "us"), including Triple Match – Witch's Brew (the "Games"). By tapping to continue in a Game, or by using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.
1. Using the Games
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download the Games and play them for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Games are intended for users aged 13 and over.
2. Virtual items
- Coins, jokers, lives and other in-game items ("virtual items") have no real-money value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred to another person or game.
- Virtual items are a limited licence to use content inside the Game; you do not own them.
- We may change the balance of the Games (for example prices in coins, level difficulty or rewards) through updates.
3. In-app purchases
- Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. We never receive your card details.
- Refund requests are handled by the store you bought from, according to its refund policy.
- Coin packs are delivered immediately and are used up in the Game. One-time purchases (such as Remove Ads and the Starter Pack) are linked to your store account and the "permanent" parts can be recovered with Restore Purchases; coins that have already been delivered cannot be restored.
- Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
4. Ads
The Games are free and supported by ads. Whether ads are personalized depends on the choice you make in the Game (and, on iOS, on the tracking permission). You can change your choice at any time in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Your progress
Your progress is stored on your device. If you delete the Game, clear its data or change devices, progress and coins may be lost. We are not able to restore lost progress.
6. Fair play
You agree not to cheat, use bots or modified versions of the Games, exploit bugs, reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the Games or their services, or use them for any unlawful purpose. We may remove virtual items obtained this way.
7. Intellectual property
The Games, including their artwork, sounds, text and code, belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to them other than the licence in section 1.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Games are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data or virtual items. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes and ending the service
We may update the Games or these terms. If we make an important change to the terms, we will ask you to accept them again in the Game. We may stop offering a Game; we will try to give reasonable notice where possible.
10. App stores
If you downloaded a Game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Games or their support.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers' right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and courts where they live.

Kullanım Koşulları
Bu koşullar, OMNİ MDC TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ'nin markası olan Omnipop Games'in ("biz") Üçlü Eşleştirme – Cadı Kazanı dahil mobil oyunları ("Oyunlar") için geçerlidir. Oyunda devam etmek için dokunarak veya Oyunları kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Oyunları kullanmayın.
1. Oyunların kullanımı
Size, Oyunları indirmeniz ve kendi ticari olmayan eğlenceniz için oynamanız amacıyla kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir kullanım lisansı veririz. Oyunlar 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir.
2. Sanal öğeler
- Altın, joker, can ve diğer oyun içi öğelerin ("sanal öğeler") gerçek para değeri yoktur. Nakde çevrilemez, satılamaz, başka bir kişiye veya oyuna devredilemez.
- Sanal öğeler, Oyun içindeki içeriği kullanmaya yönelik sınırlı bir lisanstır; bunların mülkiyeti size geçmez.
- Güncellemelerle Oyunların dengesini (örneğin altın fiyatları, seviye zorluğu veya ödüller) değiştirebiliriz.
3. Uygulama içi satın almalar
- Ödemeler, kendi koşulları çerçevesinde Google Play veya Apple App Store tarafından işlenir. Kart bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz.
- İade talepleri, satın aldığınız mağaza tarafından kendi iade politikasına göre değerlendirilir.
- Altın paketleri anında teslim edilir ve Oyun içinde harcanır. Tek seferlik satın almalar (Reklamları Kaldır ve Başlangıç Paketi gibi) mağaza hesabınıza bağlıdır; kalıcı kısımları Satın Alımları Geri Yükle ile geri alınabilir. Teslim edilmiş altınlar geri yüklenemez.
- Bu koşullar, tabi olduğunuz tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
4. Reklamlar
Oyunlar ücretsizdir ve reklamlarla desteklenir. Reklamların kişiselleştirilip kişiselleştirilmeyeceği Oyunda yaptığınız seçime (iOS'ta ayrıca izlenme iznine) bağlıdır. Tercihinizi istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar'dan değiştirebilirsiniz. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakın.
5. İlerlemeniz
İlerlemeniz cihazınızda saklanır. Oyunu silerseniz, verilerini temizlerseniz veya cihaz değiştirirseniz ilerlemeniz ve altınlarınız kaybolabilir. Kaybolan ilerlemeyi geri getiremeyiz.
6. Adil oyun
Hile yapmamayı; bot veya Oyunların değiştirilmiş sürümlerini kullanmamayı; hatalardan haksız yararlanmamayı; Oyunları veya hizmetlerini tersine mühendislikle incelememeyi, kaynak koda dönüştürmemeyi, bunlara müdahale etmemeyi ve hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz. Bu yollarla elde edilen sanal öğeleri kaldırabiliriz.
7. Fikri mülkiyet
Görseller, sesler, metinler ve kod dahil Oyunlar bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir. Bu koşullar size 1. maddedeki lisans dışında herhangi bir hak vermez.
8. Sorumluluk
Oyunlar "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Oyunların kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz; dolaylı zararlardan, veri veya sanal öğe kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullar, yasa gereği sınırlanamayan sorumluluğu ortadan kaldırmaz.
9. Değişiklikler ve hizmetin sona ermesi
Oyunları veya bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Koşullarda önemli bir değişiklik yaparsak Oyunda yeniden onayınızı isteriz. Bir Oyunu sunmayı bırakabiliriz; mümkün olduğunda makul bir süre önce haber vermeye çalışırız.
10. Uygulama mağazaları
Bir Oyunu Apple App Store'dan indirdiyseniz Apple'ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir. Apple ve Google, Oyunlardan veya desteğinden sorumlu değildir.
11. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Ankara mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir; tüketicilerin yerleşim yerlerindeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakları saklıdır.
